Well, what can I say. We all know that this product is something that really works well as with some other products on the market....The catch however comes when something goes wrong! I can tell from personal experience that I had a smallish issue on my Powevault and took a chance to e-mail them in order to see if they could repair it. I did not have high hopes as generally, most suppliers will have some sort of excuse of some sort or another. Remember, I bought mine in 2016. Not these guys, they replied timeously and was prepared to repair my Powervauly with no excuses whatsoever. - how is that for service and taking responsibility for ones products. I commend Powervault for their service and willingness to assist.

Since last speaking to you we have just got back from the bush and I must tell you that I had two occasions when I needed to use my recently acquired Powervault jump-starter on my Land Rover Discovery TDI (Thanks to two fridges in very hot conditions!). It worked like a charm. I cant believe such a small box packs so much punch.Very pleased with the purchase.
